Tracking/counting kicks with triplets??

I know they say not to count kicks.. but, does anyone have any advice on some sort of tracking?? Im 27 weeks pregnant with triplets.. and I had a stillbirth in a previous pregnancy at 24 weeks from a cord accident.. I knew something was wrong in my previous pregnancy because my daughter stopped moving.. but everyone brushed it off because I wasn’t 28 weeks yet… so my anxiety is always through the roof.. they are thankfully very active… but I’m always thinking “I hope you aren’t moving too much and getting wrapped up in your cord” and while they are actively moving I’m convincing myself they aren’t moving enough… does anyone have any tips on what I should be feeling/how often?? My doctor tells me I should just be feeling consistent movement everyday.. and I do, but I’m still freaking out all of the time..

I’m expecting triplets and thinking about my sister in law holding them makes me physically unwell..

I cannot stand my sister in law.. she was not very supportive of us during our ivf journey or when we had a daughter who was stillborn.. she informed us she was coming home in July to meet the babies after they are born.. she didn’t ask if it would be a good time for her to visit.. Does anyone have any tips? How do I remain calm while she comes over to see them?

This sounds so rude and mean… but, I’m having triplets.. it’s hard enough to pick a name for one baby let alone 3.. some people ask me every single day.. the same people… and my mother in law asked me constantly if it’s just a secret and we aren’t telling.. like no we just don’t know.. this sounds so rude of me.. but, stop asking!!! My baby shower is tomorrow and I know I will be asked this 100,000 times and I’m afraid I’m going to say to the first person who asks “I’m so sick of this question!” Does anyone else feel this way??
