Or something else? I all of a sudden felt burning when I was peeing about 5 days ago. I started on UTI meds about three days ago. The peeing while I’m burning is less painful now, but it still hurts to pee a little and it hurts to touch these lesions (2 of them). Yesterday I noticed them. They’re on the flap of my labia (I’m not good at anatomy I’m sorry) kind of near the bottom of my vagina opening near where I secrete discharge. They’re smaller than a penny size. No foul odor from my vagina. I’ve been with the same guy for 2 months now, no other sexual partners and he’s only having sex with me (or so he says). Never had any kind of STI.
I don’t have any unusual discharge, no fever, no back/stomach pain. The ulcers do not ooze/bleed. Just burning when I pee (which is subsiding day by day.) I also am in the process of filling a script for herpes medication just in case.
The ulcers are flat and look very similar to canker sores, which I also frequently have in my mouth.
