my back is killing me lately

I’ve been hitting the gym pretty consistently, but I’ve run into a frustrating wall with my lower back. Lately, I've been feeling a sharp, nagging pain every time I try to push through my heavier sets, especially on leg days. It started as a dull ache after some heavy squats, but now it feels stiff even when I'm just sitting at my desk or trying to stretch in the morning. I’ve tried deloading and focusing on my form, but the discomfort isn’t really going away, and it’s starting to make me dread certain exercises.

Did anyone sell a house in Alabama completely as-is and still get a reasonable price?

I’m trying to sell an older house in Alabama, and honestly, I'm wondering if selling completely as-is is actually realistic right now. The place needs work, but nothing is totally falling apart, mostly outdated stuff, paint, flooring, and some repairs I really don’t feel like managing. I also live a few hours away now, so dealing with contractors and constant showings sounds exhausting.

While looking around, I came across NorthAlabamaHouseBuyer and started wondering if people are actually getting decent offers selling houses this way, or if most sellers regret not fixing things first.

For anyone in Birmingham, Huntsville, or nearby areas, did selling as-is work out for you, or did buyers just lowball everything?

the weekend warriors in Miami are getting out of control

getting realy tired of navigating biscayne bay on the weekends. it’s like dodging a minefield of rented jet skis and people who have absolutely zero clue what right of way even means.

We pulled into dinner key yesterday just to escape the mess for a bit. it’s sad how hard it’s getting to find a spot to just dock and decompress without paying insane slip fees. we ended up just walking up to bayshore club to wait out the worst of the afternoon traffic. was nice to just sit and not be on high alert for five minutes.

But seriously is anyone else noticing how aggressive the casual boaters have gotten this season? almost got swiped by a guy in a center console who was entirely focused on his phone. just exhausting tbh.

There is something incredibly resonant about the way a fully hollow instrument can become the ultimate and heavy sonic bridge, a deliberate rejection of the solid body sustain in favor of a frequency that is all about the on the edge air and the high energy breath of the strings, it feels like a masterclass in harmonic pressure where the raw and heavy vibration of the trapeze tailpiece and the high energy growl of the neck pickup become a direct connection to a sound that shaped the most cinematic moments of the sixties, and even with all the high tech modern alternatives and the digital modeling there is still no replacement for that first and vulnerable moment of plugging in a Casino and realizing the heavy and tactile reality of a guitar that is fighting to be heard over its own beautiful, heavy hum

This might sound like a stereotype, but I keep hearing that kettles are basically used all the time in the UK.

Is it really that common to make tea multiple times a day, or is it a bit exaggerated?

And do most people actually own an electric kettle, or do some just use the stove?

Marketing is often associated with creativity, ads, and social media, but I feel like there are deeper skills that actually determine success.

What’s one skill in marketing that seems simple but makes a huge difference in real results?
