BSOD every 5ish minutes

So my (windows 11) PC gets a blue (black) screen of death every five minutes with Stop code: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED message.

I entered safe mode and did (cmd) Scannow and the verification stopped at 30% with a "Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation"

I then did RestoreHealth, scan stopped at 33.6% with Error 605, same thing with ScanHealth.

So uh what do I do?? I'm not great at computers but I'm good at following instructions!

When I did Scannow in safemode it stopped at 30% and said > Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation.

Restore Health also stopped in the middle of loading and gave Error 605

I don't know if it's hardware or software so I just picked one, sorry
