I need help to choose a degree?

Hi I hope everyone's doing well ,I am currently in matric or 12th grade as they call it in the states and

next year I must choose a degree to study and tbis determines the course of my life ....I was originally looking at things like IT and finance due to high salaries but I feel like I want to do something that has more of a social impact not just money(This doesn't mean that its not important nb.it it I live in yhe most expensive city in South Africa)does anyone have any ideas on some good aptitude tests or some ways in which you found what to do ,my look on it is that corporate is going to be crap there's nothing you can do might as well do something that benefits others whilst still earning a good amount

And in case it matter I do math and physics and am decent at it say around 75%-80%

Hi ,hope everyone's well I need your advice on how to approach this situation ,the thing is my family is very religious which is good ,but they're also part of a group/cult within the religion ,they know that alot of what they do might contradict our religion yet they still do it because of my great grandfather who first joined it and became the leader of it for a while ....my mom knows that I dont agree with many of the practices which is done but my dad is very harsh when it comes to this topic ,I want to get married to this girl but she is completely against these types of groups and me and my cousins have been wanting to break free off it for many years because we feel that they're enforcing it on us so how should I go about leaving it whilst still maintaining family ties but making it clear that im not open to following these practices or being involved in the group whatsoever

Thank you
