I have been on this sub before mostly asking about queues tbh. I asked out next tuesday and wednesday as thats the day I believed I was going but I have just been told i'm probably going on friday which is mad. Anyway what do you guys expect the queues to be like on fridays. I know last friday was about as dead as it gets as I had a mate there but i have seen them creeping up a bit in previous years. So what do you guys expect on friday.

So recently I have been on a quest to upgrade my current darts (Glen Durrent 80%) as they are way too basic for me know and need something a little more specialized. And through some help of a certain friend (chat gpt) it recommended these heavily to me. I showed it my grip,way they land and even a video of the side profile of me throwing. And it recommended them each time even more than the last. Anyone with these enjoy them and how do the feel like to play with?

I have been on here before asking about the late closures later this month and when I went on the 26th of April and used my merlin pass for the first time. Fair to say I had a great day and got on 11 rides (1x Hyperia, 2x Swarm one was back row, 1x Saw, 2x Collosus one was front row, 2x Inferno, 1x rush, 1x samari and 1x vortex). However despite this I have been 3 times and every time Stealth has been shut and I NEED to ride it. I have been told that my dad has been planning and is willing to take me out of school for a day before the may half term as I said after that it will get busy until september and the fact I have only missed 1.5 days the whole year (the half day was a thorpe trip last september.) I got told yesterday and it shocked me as I don't got too much and going twice in just over 3 weeks is crazy to me, he also yaps on about me not being able to miss basically any days. So I believe that next Tuesday and Wednesday would be the 2 best next week (dependent on weather). Do you guys think these would be the 2 best and what the queues might be like. I am crazy excited and please let me know

So yesterday me and 2 of my other friends and dads all met up. As usual that often leads to drunk dads however what I was not expecting was my friends dad to ask me out of the blue "do you fancy going to Alton Towers at some point." We all have recently got merlin passes and used them at Thorpe on the 26th. So we decided that all 6 of us would go together on a day where we had work experience for 3 days in mid July (I think 13th-15th) but since all of us were with parents/people we knew it made good sense to skip one of these days and go to alton in hopes it would be quieter than a weekend. Since it is about 2 and a half hours away from us this was very surprising but amazing. I have been to Chessington maybe 4 times and have done all coasters there. Thorpe 3 times and have done all coasters bar stealth because it has been closed all 3 times. So I was wondering how to make the most of this very rare opportunity and how to get on all rides, what one of these days might be the best queue wise and my only concern being school trips, would they affect us a lot?

Yes don't worry i have checked the crowd calendar but its I don't believe has updated since the announcement. Me and a few mates were planning to go for the second time this season after going last Sunday with our new Merlin passes. Please let me know what day will be the quietest and if it's worth going to or just going on a normal weekend day and getting the same amount of rides in.
