


Advice on cutting ?
Hi does anyone have advice on how I should approach dropping body fat please as I’m quite a noobie when it comes to knowing how to eat correctly. Fyi I’m 20 years old, I train 4 times a week in the gym, I do at the very minimum 10000 steps a day at work 5 days a week. I just want to improve my overall aesthetic, someone mentioned to me about recomping? My main problem is my diet. Thanks
