First Property

Here's the post ready to go:

"I'm genuinely curious; how did you actually find your first investment property in Dubai? And more importantly, how did you *hear about it*? Was it social media, a cold call, a friend, an agent's direct message (how did they get your contact), stumbling onto an off-plan launch just by chance? I'm asking because there's so much noise online that I want to know if buyers are really finding properties through feeds or if it's still word of mouth and direct outreach.

What made you choose *that specific* property over the hundred others available?

I'm trying to understand the actual thought process behind source of information before the big buying decision. Not every investor stumbles on sponsored ads

What information did you actually need that wasn't easy to find? Would you have preferred a call, a message, or did you hate both or had both?
