I let my brother hold my car for the weekend and when I went to put gas, the gas nozzle cap fell right off onto the floor. How do I fix this? Should I take it to Madza dealer to fix? 2018 Madza cx-5 sport btw
Hi everyone! I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice. I am 10 classes in Solidcore and my goal is to lose weight and also have strength. I currently go to planet fitness but I only go on the Treadmill then that’s it. I go on calorie deficit and eat pretty good in the kitchen. I am a beginner in the gym, very beginner. I also do leg press and hip and ab abduction, but that’s it. I was wondering what else to do in the gym to see results? What do you guys do at the gym? I don’t know what to do at the gym to pair it with Solidcore. But the Solidcore is the most consistent I’ve been in fitness. Thank you everyone so much!!! :)

I LOOOOVE coffee and animals. I looove worship nights in my city. I also love going to Pilates and the gym. Also adding Lagree to the mix, one thing I’ve always wanted to do was go hiking and camping, maybe after school! Looking to add pottery classes in my schedule also.
About my faith, I am a born again Christian, got baptized at 18, I do Bible studies everyday and have been following Jesus ever since! I go to a Pentecostal church on Sundays but mostly nondenominational.
The type of guy is someone I can have fun with, someone who is kind, caring, follows Jesus. I’m not looking for a guy with cheap faith. Someone who can teach me things I don’t know about. Someone who has a relationship with the Lord. Someone who is funny and has compassion.
The ages that I’m good with are 22-30 no kids, I can work with that :)
