After all the conversations and support, something interesting started happening. A few of us began setting small daily goals nothing huge, just simple, doable tasks. And more importantly, we started holding each other accountable.

Now, every day we check in, talk about what we committed to the previous day, and whether we actually followed through. Sometimes it’s basic stuff like chores, work tasks, or just getting through the day productively but that consistency is making a real difference.

Throughout the day, we stay connected:

  • Morning (~9 AM for 15 to 20 mins): Quick check-in — how the morning went
  • Afternoon (~4 PM for 15 to 20 min): Mid-day check — progress, struggles
  • Evening/Night ((~ 9:30 for 30 to 40 min) We close the day by reviewing if we actually did what we committed

Accountability is the core of this:

  • We share simple proof (like a picture) when we complete tasks
  • If something doesn’t go as planned, we don’t ignore it we dig into why.

It’s not perfect, and we’re all still figuring things out, but having that sense of accountability and support has been surprisingly powerful.

Just wanted to say thanks and if anyone else feels stuck or overwhelmed, even small daily commitments with the right people can help more than you’d expect. I would also like thanks people who reached me out and trusting the process.

Hey everyone,

I’ve been reading posts here for a while and honestly… I see myself in a lot of you.

Waking up with no energy, picking up your phone “just for 5 minutes” and suddenly it’s been 2–3 hours.

Knowing you have things to do, but still not doing them.

Then feeling guilty, hating yourself a bit, and repeating the same thing the next day.

It’s exhausting.

I’m not here to give some “10 steps to fix your life” advice. I know it doesn’t work like that.

But I do want to help in a real, practical way.

What I’m trying to do

If you’re going through this phase — depression, low energy, zero discipline, constant distractions — I want to be there for you like a support system.

Not as a guru. Just as a normal person who gets it.

What I can actually do for you

  • I can wake you up in the morning (call/text/whatever works)
  • Help you start your day instead of scrolling it away
  • Be someone you can talk to without being judged
  • Help you stick to small goals (nothing unrealistic)
  • Push you a bit when you’re slipping
  • And if you just need to vent sometimes, that’s fine too.

Why I’m doing this

  • Because I’ve been there.
  • Scrolling reels for hours.
  • Feeling like I’m wasting my life but still not changing anything.
  • Wanting to do better but just… not having the energy.
  • And I know how hard it is to get out of that alone.

Just being honest

I’m not a therapist

I don’t have all the answers

I won’t magically fix things

But I will show up, be consistent, and try to help you get a little better day by day.

What might change if you actually try this

Nothing crazy overnight.

But slowly:

You might wake up on time

You might spend less time on your phone

You might actually finish a few things

You might feel a little less stuck

And that’s a start.

If you feel like this could help

Just DM me or comment.

Tell me:

What your days currently look like

What you’re struggling with the most

No pressure, no charges, nothing weird.

Just trying to help people who are going through it.

Hello everyone, (Used GPT for more clarity in wordings)

I’ve been following discussions here for some time and noticed many people are interested in building or investing in meaningful ventures. I wanted to share my background and explore if there’s scope to collaborate.

I come from a rural part of Gujarat (now slowly growing as a tourist region) and belong to a tribal community. From early on, I’ve wanted to build something of my own instead of following a traditional job path.

I’ve experimented with a few ventures in cities—had some wins and losses, mostly due to lack of proper guidance and networks. But those experiences gave me clarity on what I want to focus on.

My primary interest is in the energy and agriculture sectors. I’ve worked on a one-year research project with Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, focusing on biochar and carbon capture, and have also published research in this space.

One important thing I’ve realized is that there are multiple state and central government schemes that actively support entrepreneurs—especially from tribal communities. These include:

  • Capital subsidies and grants
  • Support for agri-processing and clean energy projects
  • Market access through platforms like Government e-Marketplace (which mandates procurement from small and tribal businesses)

The opportunity is real—but the challenge is execution, clarity of idea, and the right partnerships.

I’m currently exploring ideas around:

  • Biochar production & carbon capture
  • Sustainable agriculture / agri-value chains
  • Small-scale clean energy solutions in rural areas

What I’m looking for:

  • Someone interested in building and experimenting, not just passive investing
  • A partner who can bring either technical, business, or financial strength
  • Long-term mindset with focus on both impact + sustainability (profitability)

I’m based in Gujarat and strongly believe rural regions like mine have untapped potential if approached the right way.

If this resonates with you, feel free to reach out—even if it’s just to exchange ideas or explore possibilities.
