Hello po, please be kind.

I recently started my first job as a Talent Acquisition associate, and the setup is work-from-home. I understand how fortunate I am to have this opportunity, especially given the convenience it offers. However, during onboarding pa lang yesterday, I found myself feeling unexpectedly overwhelmed—to the point where I was shaking and struggling to breathe. I think part of it comes from how isolating the setup feels, along with the adjustment to a night shift schedule.

I genuinely want to give this a fair chance. I’m planning to try it out for at least a week or two, maybe even a month, because I don’t want to give up too quickly and I know sayang din yung opportunity. But at the same time, I’m worried because this is how I already feel even before the actual workload begins.

If it gets worse, would it be reasonable to consider resigning immediately, even during the training period? I’d really appreciate hearing your thoughts or experiences. Also, I have equipments (computers and monitors) to return din. So paano po kaya yon?

Thank you so much.

Thank you so much.

Hi guys, need advice lang. I’m currently working night shift and honestly, I’m thinking of resigning immediately. Hindi talaga siya nagiging compatible sa lifestyle ko. I thought kaya ko mag-adjust pero the longer I stay, mas nafefeel ko na it’s taking a toll on my mental health since anxiety inaabot ko sa environment.
Sobrang hirap matulog sa umaga, lagi akong pagod, and parang ang off na ng mood and energy ko everyday. I don’t feel like myself anymore also. Problem ko is I can’t just send an email kase need pa asikasuhin yung pagbabalik ng mga equipments. Ask ko lang po if meron dito na may similar case. Thank you!

Good day po.
