How do you help your brain when it’s struggling to think, but you’ve got things you need to progress at work or home?

I’m working on finding the mid-point because logically I get the value of rest. I find it easier to stop if I’ve made some perceived progress that day (training, writing, projects). But I do find it difficult to stop without deliberately choosing it, and even then it’s hard to mange my Warrior at times.

What are your tips for slowing down and feeling more value in it?

When you’re in a social environment, how do you think you make other people feel? Do you tend to be conscious of that in the moment, or simply enjoy the occasion itself?

I tend to feel a small, but important responsibility for how I impact others.
