Computer gets stuck on the pre windows motherboard boot up screen. Its gigabyte, so it just shows the gigabyte logo.

Things ive tried,

-Removing and replacing Ram.

-removing

CMOS battery and resetting bios

-removing all unnecessary

peripherals when booting

-disconnecting and reconnecting main SSD

-using recommended bios settings

And now im trying to boot windows from a USB

-set as main booting option

-tested boot on other devices and it works. Used the same USB to repair another laptop.

-tested usb in other ports

-resetting bios aqain

And still the PC will not even attempt to boot windows from the drive. The furthest it ever gets is this screen where it hasn't booted up yet.

Any advice or further troubleshooting?
