My credit card VKYC got rejected because my father’s name in PAN online records is different from the name printed on my physical PAN card.

Physical card has the correct name. Now I want to update the online PAN details to match it.

It’s been 20+ days with no movement

Portal says it will be registered after verification, but there’s no update beyond that.

Questions:

Is this delay normal at the complaint registration stage?

How long does it usually take to move to the next step (mediation/hearing)?

Should I follow up somewhere or just wait?

Does contacting IRDAI grievance (again) or emailing the Ombudsman office help?

• Age variants (0–6 months, 6–12 months, 1–2 years, etc.)
• Under each age, I have 8 style variants:
  • Round neck / Collar neck
  • Short sleeve / Long sleeve
  • With pant / With shorts

My challenges:

1. Reusing same variant images across age groups
I uploaded 8 images for one age group (based on style combinations), but I want to reuse the same 8 images for all other age variants.

Right now, I have to manually upload/select images again for each age group 😓
And I have ~27 products, so this is becoming very time-consuming.

👉 Is there a way to:

• Assign images based only on style (not age)?
• Or bulk apply the same variant images across all sizes/age groups?

On the product page, I want:
