First, I love this Sub. I love you guys. I have been waiting years to make this post. YEARS of discouraging... everything in this market. Boston must be the most expensive, shitty place to buy for what you get. We looked at dozens and dozens and DOZENS of houses. All of them seemingly built by George Washington himself. Each one more falling apart, rancid and stretching further into the 20th and 19th centuries. Anything under $1 million was a pile of steaming garbage. We were done.

Finally after 6 month of looking. On the final day my Fiancé and I were going to give up on Boston and resign ourselves to moving to the Mid-Atlantic (we were literally on the way to see our final open house talking about how we were going to break up with our realtor), we found it. On the very last house in 6 months. Its recently rebuilt. Original bones from the 1950s (not the 1850s thank hell). Huge backyard. New Deck. Couldn't be happier.

For everyone reading this searching in a VHCOL Area I BELIEVE IN YOU. This sub got me through so much shit and so many runaway mental trains of despair. You guys are incredible. I love you. Thank you.
