Most effective way to increase Rate of Force Development for dunking purposes

As the title states, I want to increase my RFD to increase my vert this summer to dunk better. I am 6'0", ~190lbs, with a 6'5" wingspan, and I squat 507lbs to full depth in competition for powerlifting, so my maximal force output is definitely not a limiting factor. I basically only now need to work on my ability to reach that maximal force output faster, so I'm looking for the fastest way to do so to go from only being able to do rim grazers to clean dunks. Does anybody have any specific plyo movements that were like the "secret sauce" that really blew up their vert?

I'm trying to make sure I don't get burn-in, but I absolutely cannot pass up how much better games like CS2 and a few driving sims I play look with HDR.
