How useful are the sleep metrics? Never used a fitbit, considering the air

Hello, I have a ton of trouble with sleep, I always have, and so I've been considering getting the new fitbit air if any of its sleep related features are worth it to me. I was wondering, what exactly are they good for? Have they helped anyone? Thanks!

Hi everyone! Just a bit of backstory: I've been modeling for around 7 years. 6 of those have been exclusively in Maya, and I was very happy with that software. Then last year, I got a job that required me to use 3DS Max, and so I had to learn that and have been using it for the past year exclusively, I'm currently using it on a AAA production at a games studio. I initially missed Maya, but now it's been so long that I don't think I could go back to Maya without having that modifier stack that we have in Max, it allows for easy iteration and doing edits step by step, re ordering steps etc. However I still miss some of the efficiency of Maya. That pie menu, easily switching between components and there's honestly many things that Maya can do that max just can't do as easily because of how old it is. I heard from some people that blender is a good mix: very easy and efficient, has a modifier stack like max does. My question is: should I be investing time into learning and switching to blender, for what is a skillset that I already have in Maya/Max? Is that worthwhile? Are the pros enough to justify learning yet another modeling tool? Thank you!
