i have windows 11 on a surface and whenever i close it it signs me out is there a setting that i could change so it wont sign me out every time i shut it????????

I have admin and I've stopped family safety from running on task manager and just turned in off on firewall yet I still have time restrictions and blocked tent what do i do to fix this?

I'm an a very skinny guy 5'8" 110lbs and like a 28 inch waist or sum but I want to get bigger any workouts that I could do to start looking stronger but also not make my chest or hips look bigger (I'm a young teen if that means anything)
