Hi everyone,

I have experience in data entry within the healthcare field, along with some exposure to legal-related tasks. I’ve also handled employee's COC data entry for a logistics company while also doing Billing Payable for said company

Given this background, do you think I have a good opportunity to pursue a role as a Medical Virtual Assistant?

I’m currently looking for a client who is, at minimum, alive and preferably buried in admin work.

Right now, I’m on the hunt for something steady. Full-time, long-term, the kind where I can settle in and just get things done without constantly jumping ship.

I’ve worked with teams in healthcare, legal, and logistics three very different worlds, honestly, but they all had one thing in common: details matter, and mistakes are… not fun. Most of what I handled involved sensitive data (the kind you triple-check before hitting save), so yeah, I’ve gotten pretty meticulous over time. Maybe even a bit obsessive, if I’m being real.

Day-to-day stuff I’ve done:

Data entry that actually gets double-checked (not just copy-paste and pray)
Billing support and documentation sometimes tedious, always necessary communicating to clients, updating accounts, keeping everyone in the loop (and occasionally chasing replies… you know how it goes)

I was basically the go-to person for multiple accounts. Not officially “in charge,” but… if something went sideways, it usually landed on my plate. I didn’t mind. Kept things interesting.

A handful of Tools I've used:

Verisma RMS, JP Morgan Chase PaymentNet, Workday, Fountain, Coupa, Google Workspace, Outlook and Excel of course (pretty much daily), Jira and some Adobe tools too (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects).

What you’ll notice if we work together:

I show up. I pay attention. I don’t disappear mid-task. Communication stays clear none of that “seen 2 hours ago” silence. And time zones? Not really an issue. I can adjust.

Also a small thing, but it matters I’ve got a solid setup (i5-13600K), so I’m not battling lag or random crashes while working. Learned that lesson the hard way before.

Rate: starting at $5-$15/hour (we can still talk depending on what you need)
Based in: Philippines, but my sleep schedule is… flexible, let’s just say

Anyway. If you need someone dependable who won’t treat your data like an afterthought or if you’ve got a lead floating around I’d appreciate a nudge.

Hi, I’m currently looking for a remote VA or data entry role to fund my hobbies lol

I’ve worked with healthcare, legal, and logistics accounts, handling data entry, billing, and client communication. I’ve also served as the main point of contact for several accounts, coordinating updates and keeping everything organized.

Most of the work I’ve handled involves confidential information, so I’m very careful with accuracy and data privacy.

I’m reliable, detail-oriented, and responsive, even while working offshore. I also have a personal computer (i5-13600K) for reliable performance.

Rate: $15/hour and up (depending on the role)

I am based in Philippines but can work any timezone

If you have or know any leads or openings, I’d really appreciate it. Thank you!
