Worth it pa ba?

hello, I currently worked as a med VA pero medyo nakakaumay na kasi ewan ko ba normal ba na every meeting may call listening kami saka QA audit ng mga inbound calls ng patients? nakakadrain tong audit audit na to. tapos gusto pa nila na gumamit ng high-pitched pleasantries during the call eh psych practice to eh. hahahaha ginagawang call center talaga tapos parang ni-rerequire mag saturday work tapos 10-12 hours a day. lowballed pa yung offer, nasa 3-3.5 dollars lang saka no proper management to relay concerns. hays nakakaanxious mag take in calls kasi may audit at call listening pa ba naman 🫩😆

Tips or Advices

Hello everyone, I’m currently a Healthcare staff transitioning from clinical work into the Medical Virtual Assistant field. I’d love to hear from those who have already made this shift:

What skills or tools should I focus on learning first?

How did you adapt your clinical background to remote VA tasks?

Any tips for finding legitimate opportunities and building credibility online?

I’m excited to grow in this community and appreciate any guidance you can share. Thank you!

What would you feel?

I am working with my client almost 2yrs now, nung first year okay pa sobrang bait. Pero this year lumabas totoo nyang ugali kasi mabankcrupt na yung business niya na parang kasalanan ko, konti ng pagkakamali lahat ng trabaho ko sakanya apektado na parang wala nkong ginawang tama. A bit background of my work, i am working as a VA, scheduler, prior authorization, appeals, referral, prescription refills, check in patients, calls, appointment reminder, i know frustrated at problemado niya pero tama bang sakin niya ubuhos?

Grabe yung mga words niya to the point na maiiyak ka nalanag talaga na parang lahat ng pagod at puyat mo balewala, halos ako na nga umuubos ng tasks niya e, gagawin nalang niya isyung chart notes niya.

What to do? I feel like quitting pero ang daming bills. Pero ano ba mahalaga? Pano mental health ko? Ayoko siyang iwan kasi alam ko mas mahihirapan siya pero sobra na kasi.

😭😭😭

Medical and Business Virtual Assistant 24-7

Hi. Nag apply po ako sa MBVA 24/7 sa jobstreet. Worth it po ba dito?

Client Contract

Hi. Just want to ask a question especially for WFH workers here.

Recently, I just got interviewed by a client via 3rd party agency and then after a few days, HR sent me an email congratulating me for passing the client's interview.

So here's the catch. Since this will be my first WFH job, the email said that they are still waiting for the contract offer from the client. So now I am 2 days waiting for the offer.

My question is, does this usually happen for WFH jobs? Because I have not experienced this at all. I have been working for 7 years hands on and this is the first time that a company will still wait for a client's contract even though you already passed the interview.

TYIA for answering!

Intership/mentorship

hello I'm an aspiring Medical Virtual Assistant, to be honest I'm having a hard time looking for a job remotely not because the demand is low, I just think my knowledge is lacking and I need to expose to the actual work. I'm also not sure if someone will accept me in this gig.

brief background of me, I'm a graduate and a licensed Medical Technology. I'm a result driven with 1+ year of experience of clinical laboratory, cashier and a online seller.

I'm looking for someone who's open for internship/mentorship and if you're one, I'd like to connect with you!

TEEM VS HR

Hello po! Anyone here has experience working with TEEM po?

Currently im with HR but nagkakaroon po ako ng anxiety and depressive thoughts because of phone calls especially since mental health po yung specialty ng clinic (7 weeks palang) and gusto ko na mag resign end of this month.

May offers or option po ba sa TEEM na back end admin work lang and no calls or minimal lang ang calls. Nababasa ko usually $6 lang sa TEEM, USD po ba to? And worth it po ba if lilipat ako makakahanap ba ng back-end work lang?

SaiberAssist Experience

I've been working as a VA at Saiber and I just wanted to share a bit about my experience.
One thing I genuinely appreciate is the work environment. It's very supportive and structured, which make work easier. There's guidance, and you're not just left figuring things out on your own. However, you have to be very responsible and accountable, too. The team culture is also something I value. Everyone is approachable, and there's a sense of professionalism while still being respectful and understanding. It makes everything manageable. It was the best decision that I chose SaiberAssist. I'm grateful to be part of an environment that encourages learning and growth (professionally and personally).
