Recently, I developed a crush on a regular at my job. As y’all know he’s deaf and I don’t know ASL besides a bit here and there. Though, I never actually communicated with him, I fear that he’s become my first ever crush.
Besides his looks, the way he holds himself is so mesmerizing. He’s polite and respectful.
However, I’m afraid he thinks I hate him or bothered when he comes. Because ever since I realized I have these feelings for him I can’t bring myself to look him in the eyes. In the deaf community that could come off as rude or inconsiderate. But it’s just, if I do, he’ll see my face is red as a tomato. He’s my first crush so I want to hold on to it tight. Though, I’m not sure if it’s something worth pursuing since I’m not fluent is ASL plus there’s no reason to communicate for my job.
I don’t know what to do.
