I rarely fly United and I think I made a mistake but was wondering if anyone has a workaround.

I am going on a work trip to Europe. The company sending me booked me economy and I transferred $100k points from Chase. When upgrading seats it says “X amount of points or X dollars”. Now that I transferred points, it appears I can only pay to upgrade, not use points.

I am guessing this is due to the basic ticket type they purchased but wanted to make sure it wasn’t a system error. If it is the ticket type has anyone had luck calling and having them push it through? Any advice?

Our 5 year old son has never been a great sleeper, but recently it has taken a turn for the worst. Refusing to stay in his room, screaming, crying, etc.

Has anyone worked with a sleep coach/consultant who helps with kids this age? It seems most focus on babies.

We probably need a reset/new routine.
