Resume Assistance

Hello, I am looking for advice on my resume, I haven’t been applying too much but I figured it would be nice to make my resume as best as I can so I am not wasting time. Please let me know if there is a skill gap or resume issue. Planning on doing a ticketing lab, and eventually sec+

Thank you

Advice on next steps in career

Hello, recently passed A+, and completed documenting an Active Directory lab which I also implemented a power shell script for user creation. I have 1 year of customer service experience and work as security in an AWS site. What now? Do I just mass apply everyday? Kind of lost on what to do next.

Hello, not sure if this is the right subreddit for this but I’ve researched about it too and couldn’t find a solution so I’ll just try to get help here.

So I am trying to run server 2019 on virtualbox but I keep getting this error: “Windows cannot find the Microsoft licensing terms”

This is weird because it works perfectly fine on VMware, so it isn’t an ISO issue. I have my settings as these:
2 cores, 8mb, my boot order is optical, hard disk, floppy disabled

I also run windows 10 on virtualbox and it works as well, so at this point I’m not sure what the issue is. I also turned off hyper-v incase virtualbox is trying to run on VT-X, which again, not sure if I was supposed to but it didn’t fix it.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hello, I’ve recently passed my A+, and was wondering what I should do next to land any entry IT role, I don’t have experience and that’s why I am kind of lost. I am planning on doing an Active Directory lab, and simulating tickets on ServiceNow. Is that enough to be somewhat competitive for entry IT/Helpdesk? If not, what should I do to earn experience to better my chances? Thank you!

Hello, I’ve been trying to get into an IT role recently, and was wondering what steps I should take now that I’ve completed A+, I’ve heard people tell me to gain skills in AD and ticketing. Any tips would be appreciated!
