can anyone please help me figure out what the hell this is?! i’m freaking out because this hole is according to nurses just a tonsillar crypt that a stone must’ve fallen out of without me knowing but it’s gotten much bigger and now completely ripped and it feels like i’m about to choke on something in the back of my throat i keep waking up and it’s been bothering me constantly. i went to the doctor and i have tonsillitis but that was before the first hole even showed up and this is seriously scaring me idk what to do! the first picture is 11 last night and the second is from right now

okay so i have some sort of tonsillitis or viral infection going on rn that i just started steroids for today but about 10 minutes ago i felt a weirder sensation than normal for how sore it is yk and i went to look and saw this. it seriously looks like a hole straight through and my mom keeps saying it’s a tonsillar crypt but it doesn’t look like that at all. i can feel it though and it’s extremely uncomfortable and painful because of the tonsillitis, i also didn’t eat anything in the past couple hours, especially nothing like sharp that would’ve caused a rip or anything yk. does anyone know what this could be or be caused by? i’m really stressing out about it and my mom just keeps saying it’s not a big deal
