Is it normal to constantly feel like a failure at 16?

Hello, I am turning 16 in two months and I feel like I'm constantly behind or not where I'm supposed to be. I have good but not stellar grades, (As and Bs) a girlfriend and plenty of friends, but lately I've been stressing out over future jobs, careers, and learning how to drive. I feel like my only skill is art but I fear finding a decent career off that is nearly impossible nowadays. I have pretty extreme anxiety, and I want to learn how to drive and apply to jobs, but its so stressful just thinking about it for me. Can anyone give me advice or support? Or help me feel a bit better? I've been weighing my whole self esteem over setting a career path and other responsibilities and it makes me feel like I'm failing all the time.

People who just say they're "alternative" scream poser to me

Before you say I'm a gatekeeper (what does that word even mean nowadays) It's something about vaguely labeling yourself as "alternative" and not any subcultures like metalhead, punk, goth ect. show you don't have much dedication for the culture. I've seen a boost of people calling their style "Alt" but it's just an all black outfit that can be found or bought anywhere. Or listen to the most easily accessible bands only. It's essentially the watered down version of any counterculture community and just consume the most mainstream, digestible content within it.
