HealthEquity Fee - 0.03% of your balance monthly

This company is awful. But to add insult to injury they slap this fee on your account monthly as their investment admin fee. It’s an HSA through my employer so I’m stuck with it. But just wanted to make others aware of this fee.

IAM Architect - Individual Contributor growth?

I have always worked as an engineer / consultant and frankly hated managing people. Between HR, people in general, and taking face to every complaint / issue I decided management wasn’t for me. I tried it mainly when consulting.

I’m taking a new technical job as an IAM architect mostly focused on IGA work (Saviynt, SailPoint, etc.). I’m in my early 30s and wanted to gauge what is the progress of an individual contributor? It seems I can be a 1,2,3, senior, and principal architect which seems great since you can progress.

Would love to hear from others on those who work in an IC role and how they have enjoyed it.

Alignments - Disconnecting sway bars?

I usually go to a local shop that has a hunter rack. They never disconnect a singular end link in the front and one in the rear before doing an alignment. I’m not corner balancing the car at that point in time.

Curious, is not disconnecting the front and rear sway bar mean I’m inducing preload and not really aligning correctly? Is it crazy to ask a shop to do that, or would that also require them to weight me correctly in the seat too? Appreciate the tips.

This is for an ST car on coils, with aftermarket bars and end links.

23 Toyota GR86

As you can see the end links on these two. The bottom and top (left and right one, respectively) have been completely rounded and I can’t get the wrench to grab (even a 12 point). I also can’t use a socket due to the space.

Photo 1 and 2 are the left side and photo 3 is on the right side of the car. Both end links are rounded by user error.

I have an oscillating saw and getting new blades (bi-metal) per Project Farms ratings to use. I have about 10. First time doing a metal cutting job so I’ll take any advise. It’s really about doing the least cutting to get these end links off my front sway bar.

Thanks for the tips!

I wanted to try the wake up automation with the bulb. But I can connect to HomeKit but I can’t seem to connect it to Hue. It just fails over and over again, we do have the bridge as well.
