So just a heads up I’m not censoring any trigger words for anyone sensitive to them! So as title says my mom and sister and her family caught the norovirus this past Wednesday they live in an apartment complex in nyc and my mom just told me that it’s going around on her floor and I’m freaking out! I was supposed to see her for Mother’s Day tomorrow but chickened out as I’m super afraid of catching the virus. So she told me to come next week coming up or the weekend but I’m still really afraid as I know it’s still contagious and my Emetophobia is already really bad lately and I really don’t want to throw up! And advice would really be appreciated thank you!!

So like the title says I’m going to a concert tomorrow that I have been looking forward to for a couple months now. I’ll be in the pit so I’m more anxious and afraid that I will catch something from being in a crowd. Especially since the sb is still going around and very high I’m so scared that I’ll be around someone who was sick/or was sick and I’ll catch it
