Hi guys, going to the United Center in Chicago for the first time ever tomorrow. I need to get back to Magnificent Mile after the show and I read there is the option to book an Uber Shuttle that has a stop in Magnificent Mile.

I checked in the Uber app but I cannot find any shuttles to book.

Does anyone know how to do this?

I was shocked to see how few subscribers this sub has. Even on Twitter, Demi's fan page has very few followers compared to Selena and Miley as well. Very few people on Stan Twitter have Demi as their avi. My guess is that Sonny with a chance is much more short lived than Wizards of Waverly place and Hannah Montana and Demi used to be a very outspoken person until around 2022 which put off people who perceived her as insufferable.

I’m going to see Demi tomorrow in Chicago and I’ve been eyeing the hoodie but I’ve seen some posts about the letter peeling off or the gray washing off. Has anyone washed it and still no issues with it.?

These are two years that there was a hate train against Demi when the Internet chose Demi as the enemy and attacked her in every comment section. Was 2016 or 2021 that she got stronger hate from the internet?

I wrote this response in a different thread but would like to have an actual discussion about it.

2021 even though I’m in the minority that thought hunting for ghosts and looking for aliens (which the US government has since confirmed exist following the congressional hearings and Pentagon declassifying and releasing files so apologies are owed to Demi) was really cool of her.

She was open-minded and up for anything back then which I loved.

Being alive is a luxury that so many lose the privilege to every second around the world. So have fun with it, experiment, play with the world, dye your hair, learn about who you are, reject the status quo, be an activist for marginalized communities, loudly and unapologetically be why you are - you never know when you may lose the privilege to luxury.

Demi was doing *all of that* and i respect it, because few people seem to.

I also think the backlash she received was more indicative of society rather than her. The froyo incident could’ve been handled with showing compassion to Demi, knowing her history with ED, and allowing her a chance to process her trigger and proceed from there with rectifying the situation with both the small business and the public.

The backlash about her pronouns, embracing a binary identity, and rejecting social norms of how a feminine presenting person “should” look and behave like - is a reflection of society’s bigotry towards LGBTQIA+ communities and misogyny. She had the audacity to step outside the mold and people lost their shit.

It seems like most of the backlash was reflective of society.

will there be wristbands for chicago? i am so confused cause there is no info posted about it online like when they usually use that system, but apparently everyone’s vip email says there will be wristbands for standard ga.

when i called they said if nothing has been posted there probably isn’t a wristband system so now i am so confused LOL, is this just what they usually say in the VIP email?
