Adopted this guy, fosters had no backstory

Just got this lil guy, Ranger Ralphy, three weeks ago and he’s the light of my life. I can definitely see the terrier but was wondering if yall had a better idea of which species of terrier he might be before I go investing in a doggy 23and me LOL He may look a little wirey but he’s super soft and has a sort of double coat and has discovered he likes trying to burrow in mole holes so lmk what yall think!! <3

Thoughts?

Adopted almost a month ago. She is around 2 years. Shelter labeled her as dutch shepherd type (she’s def a mix), but long haired dutchies are very rare so I’m thinking maybe she has some GSD or Groenendael in her?

We adopted a 1.5 year old “Corgi mix”

Hey everyone! My partner and I adopted this fella (Smudge) from a Humane Society near us a few months back. He is such a playful bouncing baby boi, he has a short double coat and he scream barks lol

His ears alternate between being floppy and suspended mid air and he also does a lil 360 turn with his head

Any ideas? We were thinking maybe some sort of herding breed + lab or hound? Husky pit?

I also added a picture with him and his litter mate if that helps!

This is my Lacy girl. The human society said she was a “lab mix”. She’s extremely attentive and the smartest, most agile, trainable dog I’ve seen.

Her brother, who we fostered too was dark yellow with black face and feet. He was about 20% bigger.

Help ID our Foster

Fostering this handsome guy, shelter guessed GSD mix, and he certainly has the coloring for it! After being a husky-mix wrangler for over 10 years, I'm seeing a lot of shared mannerisms with how he tosses toys around to play with them solo. He's been in the shelter most of his life, so we're thawing brain cells out, but he's proving to be a very smart dog. I was thinking GSD/ Hound mix, but recently saw a husky/doberman that could be his pointy-eared twin (last photo). What do you think?

1.5 years (guess)

55ish lbs, a little skinny

VERY high energy

ID my baby boy!

I foster failed Bobby a little over a year ago now and thinking about getting his genealogy checked soon so I figured we play one of my favorite games.

What I know.

He’s approximately 2-3 years old, 40-43lbs ( depending on how many grandma visits)

Wirey double coat, underbite, cool haircut, stocky powerful front leggies, wants to work for treats, has working dog traits but also a lot of characteristics of a bully/ terrier just being happy to be wherever I am ( my soul dog was a pitxcross).

Super affectionate, ready to play or snore.

My guesses are could be any combination of border terrier, staffy, schnauzer, bulldog

Is he a papillon?

The shelter had him listed as one, but the ears seem different in a way I haven’t seen in others. Regardless of whether he is, I’ll be adopting him this weekend :) thank you!

What do you think?

Shelter said lab x daschund. She gives off strong herding dog vibes in her behavior but could just be from the daschund.

Have a couple ideas on what she could be but wanted to see what y’all thought

She’s about 6 months old now. Been working on not climbing the cat tree anymore.

does he look mal/husky/gsd?

we think he’s belgian mal/husky/gsd, does he look pretty spot on for that?

also, he is about 5 months old so definitely going to get bigger!

What breed is my dog please?

20 lbs at 11 months. Velcro dog, stays by our feet or lap as much as possible. High energy, more friendly than cautious, and can be stubborn. Doesn't shed.

This is Ash my sweet girl! I’m so curious if anyone has any leads on what she could be mixed with!

I have been told by vets for years, that she is full bred red nose pit.

I don’t believe that for a second bahaha.

When I first got her, I thought maybe she could be almost all red nose. Just the product of backyard breeding? But over the years I find it unlikely, as I have not seen another dog that looks like her. Regardless of size.

She is about 45lbs and roughly 7 years old. She is quite short, and has such a tiny little head for her stout body.

My partner and I have been thinking, maybe she has some chihuahua in her?

I have never seen a dog that looks like her though. Even chihuahua pit mixes.

I have tried reverse image searching on google, and have done hours of research.

I’d love to find some pups with similar features, or learn more about what she could be!

Regardless of her bread, this is a certified good girl. She is goofy as can be, and 100% Velcro dog.

I plan to get dna testing done on her, and my husky mix in a couple of months after I move. But for now I’d love some insight on what others think, and if you know a dog that looks like her thats bonus points!

*I appreciate any cute doggy pics left in the comments :)*

EDIT: I know she is a pit, just wondering if yall think she might be mixed with something else?💕 and thank you for all the insight so far, I think the answer is clear. She is full bred Mowgai!

The Shelter told me he was “just a pit”

I’ve had my big boy for almost 4 years, and I was simply told he was a pitbull. I’m not very knowledgeable about the different “bully” breeds and I would like to know any specifics or if you think he may be mixed with something else. He’s almost 7 and weighs about 100lbs now, which I feel is too large for him to just be a pitbull. He doesn’t appear very overweight either, he’s just big! His head is giant, and he also has a malformed paw (see photo 4). Any info is appreciated, thank you in advance!

These photos range from when I first got him until now

Update on my mystery man!

Most of the guesses were wrong! Honestly these make sense to me though now that I see them :) the only thing that surprises me is he’s small for all the large breeds that he mostly is :) he’s 33 pounds now. I love my sweet crazy mutt!
