I posted earlier in a reta group and then found this one dedicated to women!! Yay!!

I am ordering now, I would like to try Reta and Klow but I'm thinking I will start with Reta for a few weeks and then add in Klow.

I want to start slow so I was thinking .5 per week for the first 3 or 4 weeks and then possibly increase to 1.0 for 3 weeks.

One of my big questions and I keep overanalyzing is how much do I need to order lol and how much reconstitution solution? I was looking at 10mg vials of reta and the water is 30ml. I'm a major over thinker.

My goal is to lose around 30 pounds and get my mobility and flexibility back post injury so I can feel like myself again.

First this is my "throw away" account for things I don't want anyone who knows me to know.

I am looking for some helpful discussion regarding getting started. I have my source already, a friend has been using them for a while and has had great results.

I am a 5'1" female age 44 and normally 125 pounds. I was in a car accident and then there was an injury and tons of stress etc and my body went to crap. I gained a lot of weight. I went up to 160 pounds. When I finished physical therapy and it no longer hurt to move my body, I had lost so much of my mobility and flexibility, I was big into yoga dance and pilates previously. Anyhow I am getting back into everything now and have lost a little weight.. maybe 10 pounds but I want to get a boost on things.

Is there anything else I should take along with Reta for like muscle recovery or anything like that? I don't hurt to move anymore in my joints but doing things like one squat I feel my muscles hurt as I do it. The stress aged me a bit too unfortunately lol

Hi again!

I recently asked about some steps to take for fixing my husbands credit up. I got all of his credit reports and went through and contacted several of the credit cards and got payments going and will work on getting lates removed, most of them weren't actually as bad as I was thinking they would be.

However, there were two capital one accounts that show charged off within the last week. They are offering payments to get everything back on track because he has had the accounts to long in great standing. But they will show as charged off paid in full. Has anyone had any luck getting credit cards to change the status so they dont show as charged off? And if so how?
