Just wanted to know how much do business development associates get paid with 2 years of experience? And would they be treated as a fresher if they join a company by absconding the previous one?

Peeps who've completed their undergraduation in arts and science, what are y'all upto? Were you able to beat the stereotype that these are useless degrees and were you able to actually make a career out of it? Also, if you swiotched to alternative paths, How?
