Help! Slow Bios Boot on NVME

Hi all,

lately im adding 1x SSD and 1xHDD to my PC, total in my rig i have,

  • 1x NVME for OS
  • 1x Samsung SSD for work file
  • 2x HDD for storage family photos (3TB + 1TB)

then i realized every time i boot the pc, it took 5-7 minute in ROG logo (bios boot), currently my setting is CSM UEFI only, Fast Boot disable, ROG Ai Overclocking on, if i disconnect and only use the NVME it boot very fast, i assume when booting up, the pc do a self test to each drive that make the boot getting longer. So my question, is there any way to make my bios boot fast like just using only NVME? because the reason im using NVME is for that fast bootup.

Additional info: i7-11700K, GTX1070, 32Gb DDR4

TIA!

Hi all, beforhand, my weight 82kg & 173cm tall, heel striker, running 28km-35km per week, one week i run consistently 3 times.

Currently im using vomero plus as daily trainer and AP4 (race shoes low mileage). My vomero plus now had 510km (317 mile), the heel rubber part already wornout and expose the foam, moreover this week when im run, i feel sore in my calves and knee, probably due to the dead foam, i feel it too when walk with it, the shoes isn't bouncy enough.

i have two shoes candidates for replacing the vomero plus (want try other brand despite vomero plus so far is best shoes for me), first evo sl, people said it's not good enough for heel strike and can injures the ankle, another one is superblast3, so far not found any major issues online with this shoes. another shoes i want to mention is nike vaporfly 4, this is because in my local store, it's price only around $87 after discount, but VF4 mostly people said its bad for run longer than 10K.

any idea and suggestion or other shoes for my daily trainer? TIA
