Beginner Seeking Starting Tips

Hi! I’m 28f and really want to start training with kettlebells but worried about how or where to start. Are there any apps or programs that you recommend for a complete beginner- preferably with video tutorials so that I can get form right with swings!

My goals are
To train consistently to lose weight and build muscle.

Hi! I (27f) have been really struggling to focus at my remote job. It’s been stressful for me, I have 2 months left on my notice period and have no energy in the day. I spend the evenings dreading the next day, and I constantly am on edge. I tried to get work done and missed an important call this morning from my new employer, yesterday I missed a call at my job too. I feel so behind and I’m really having a hard time focusing. I haven’t left my house in days, I haven’t taken a shower in days too. I just don’t know what to do.
