Are design students allowed to take colours or pencils with them

I am giving my entrance exam today

Hii everyone I am 19 years old as I took 2 drops for medical but i didnt get any college so should I go for private bds or private b des (upes most probably because i didn't give any exam) but i will try to prepare for nid.

So should I go for interior designing
