Did the ones who are surely eligible for Admission get a direct link to upload documents?

What about the ones waitlisted, what is your screen showing?

We’re seeing a ‘Open rank 8’ with a message that says ‘You are provisionally eligible for the next stage of admission process based on the minimum qualifying criteria mentioned on the admissions website https://admissions.nid.edu and the preference submitted by you. In the case of vacant seats, NID Ahmedabad will communicate to you on your registered email id.’

What is this supposed to mean? And how do we proceed further?

I got a rank of 8 for product design, Mdes. There are exactly 8 seats in product design for my category but I still haven't gotten selected. This probably means that there are a few people above me that have gotten the same rank and have made it. Im curious to know how many so if you have gotten shortlisted for product design Mdes, please lmk!

So I'm finding it difficult to draw the first part questions of uceed, the ones with the perspective and human figures. Like I tried drawing one right now and it was like I was stuck- not able to decide what to draw where etc etc. I've been practicing human figures for a while now and they are somewhat decent but it's like i freeze when I have to draw them in a scene or in perspective. Any tips or videos I can refer to to help?

As portfolio is optional but i am making one , how many works shud i put it in ??? What shud be the minimum number ??

Hi everyone, I just cleared NID Mdes In Communication design, In the first round itself, But now I'm quite stressed about the Fees , I feel like a burden, I don't know if I'll be able to Go to NID or not , I'm 80 % sure I won't.be just because of the fees my parents are constantly in stress They are happy But I'm not able to See this, It's frustrating, I couldn't Clear NID for my Bdes, and later got admission in In a very bad private college and it's been the worst four years of my life, I'm just about to graduate from it , I really really wanted a Good College life atleast once But maybe it's not for me now!

yall people who gave nid mains this year..can you guys share your experience so that it will be helpful??

I've cleared the prelims and am about to attend the in-person interview at ahmedabad soon. I heard sm stuff about the studio sensitivity being in centers other than BLR. But l thought that the test 1 is in BLR only and test 2 in Ahmedabad. Im really confused and panicked can you guys pls lmk where yalls centers were and if yk anyone who attended the test in another center

1. Are all students who gave studio test, are to give in person sensitivity test, or only some?

2. What will be asked in in person sensitivity test?

3. What should we expect from it?

4.are the roll no. Given for in-person sensitivity test, ranks from studio test?

5.what should we prepare for in person sensitivity test?

6. What type of portfolio does the examiner look forward too?

7. Will the in person sensitivity test be individually asked to each student or will it be just like an exam(like studio test and prelims)

8. What should we carry for the in person sensitivity test??

Was the studio sensitivity test only in Banglore or did it happen in Ahmedabad too?

And is the interview round in Ahmedabad only or is it happning at Banglore also?

Has anyone here done masters in SDM from NID? What is the course like? How's the placements, salary package and market demand? Is it better than interaction design/UI/UX/product design?
