for the longest time i can remember, i have always been very angry. my parents bring out the worst in me honestly, they are not good people to say the least and aren’t very smart either. i’ve been working on self improvement over the past few months since i deal with chronic stress and anger issues, but it’s very hard with me when my parents purposely try and anger me every day. my mom will often do something on purpose that she knows will anger me, ill proceed to try and not talk to her so i don’t lash out but she will follow me around the house for hours yelling and provoking me it causes me to go insane. i have tried to distance but they follow me, im not allowed to have a lock so i can’t lock them out and i can’t leave my house. how do i improve when they are constantly causing me mental suffering?
moving out is not an option, talking to them about it isn’t either, and limiting my conversation with them also isn’t. they hold finances over my head so i need to treat them with respect no matter what they do to me.
