Any idea what kind of turtle this is?

I am rescuing them tomorrow, from someone who has them in an aquatic setup currently with yellow belly sliders. Any ideas for a quick setup. I have on hand 40 gallon tanks and a 75 gallon Rubbermaid stock water tub. Not sure what’s better for them. Substrate? I really have no idea what to do so any advice is appreciated I just know they can’t stay in an aquatic setup like they currently are.

Bad idea trying to fix this?

Recently “totaled” my 2012 528i bmw, after I just replaced the engine in it, I spent like 6,000+ on getting it running again and then got into a wreck on the way home from the mechanics shop. Insurance probably won’t give me much for it, so am I crazy for thinking I can fix this instead, out of pocket? New doors are 500 dollars, airbag 100 dollars, headliner 350 dollars, various other parts 300-500 dollars. There is some damage under the rocker panel skirt cover molding that will need fixing as well.

I am not sure if my tank is suitable, it’s a 24x18x36 inch tank and awhile back moved my crested gecko in here from a 16x16x32. I don’t think my gecko is liking it very much as it’s now not eating it’s Pangea apricot food (it’s favorite) I am seeing several urates (white spots) around the cage, but it doesn’t really appear that they’re eating from the designated cup spot where I place food 3x a week. Has me worried, they don’t appear skinnier or like they are not eating either. Is there something I can change? Time for a vet visit? Not sure what to do…

My cat, male 10lb 2-3 year old neutered cat, is acting normal besides the fact they are puking up bile twice today, one puddle was pinkish overall in color so I assume blood in there. Not eating, but are drinking water. He’s acting completely fine other than that, like nothing is wrong. I can’t get to the vet until maybe Friday or next week depending on availability for the vet. I changed their food awhile back and that seems to be when the puking started every now and then. Tomorrow I’ll change their food back to fully what they were on when they weren’t puking. Does anyone else have any advice on what to do in the meantime?

A few weeks ago, I got Sunkist shrimp and realized that my tank wasn’t fully cycled and rehomed them after a week. Well I guess they had babies in the very short time that I had them because now there are three or more baby shrimp in my tank. I’m not sure what to do because the tank isn’t still cycled. I’ve been dosing the tank with a lot of ammonia (2 ppm) for the last two weeks. Somehow they have survived. Should I keep dosing ammonia and keep cycling or what? The tank is processing about 1 ppm of ammonia In 24 hours roughly right. I want them to survive!
