I consulted my doctor today, and this is what he prescribed for the first month.
Multivitamins & Multiminerals Tables - Once a day for 30 days
Zinc 12 mg
Ginseng Extract 42.5 mg
Magnesium 3 mg
Vitamin B5 3 mg
Vitamin B2 1.6 mg
Vitamin B1 1.4 mg
Vitamin B6 1 mg
Vitamin A 600 IU
Manganese 250 µg
Vitamin D 200 IU
Vitamin B12 1 µg
Folic Acid 100 mcg
I only listed the major ones; there are a few more minerals, like copper, that I didn't list.
Apart from these, he also suggested consuming meat protein, milk and paneer.

Was feeling tired, lazy, and had brain fog. Saw people suggesting to get vitamin check done. So I did it today along with my 33-year-old bro. I am not working out right now but I am physically active and walk 8-10k steps in the sun. Are any of these parameters serious? Also, any chance they might have mixed up both our results, I know there are barcodes and all but still. Both of our lifestyles are different and mine is a little better heathwise hence the scepticism.
Does anybody know any good services to test for vit b12 and D? I heard govt hospitals are best and cheap. Where can I find one in kdmc? The local pathology lab quoted me 2.3k which I find too high.
I asked my local pathology lab, and they quoted me a total of 2,300, with one for 1k and another for 1.3k. I checked online like 1mg and the rate for B12 is 680. Are these services reliable and if not which one would you suggest online?
PS - If there is a deficiency then I will consult with my doc for supplement dosage.
