Ilia Powder Blush — too glittery?

Is anyone else finding that the Ilia powder blushes are too glittery? I saw them at the store and they looked beautiful and I didn’t really notice any glitter. But when I purchased the shade glimpse and opened it up, I immediately noticed glitter in the blush and also I could see it when I applied it. I understand it’s meant to be a radiant product and radiant products often have glitter, but I don’t like obvious glitter and prefer subtle radiance or radiance achieved without looking glittery! Did anyone else find this to be the case? I wonder if maybe the ones I sampled at Sephora weren’t glittery because the product was worked into. I have no idea. Thanks!

Hi all,

Just wanted to share what I use to keep skin rashes, itchiness and/or yeast in check. I purchase a tea tree oil balm, because tea tree oil is antifungal. I put it all over my body where needed— my armpits, under my breasts, etc. I also purchase tea tree oil separately and will mix it up with the balm to increase its antifungal properties. I find that during the summer when I’m hit and sweaty I’m much more prone to rashes, so I need that extra bump.

Not that tea tree oil should NOT be used as a standalone product. It’s meant to be mixed with other things to dilute it. You’ll burn yourself if you put it directly on your skin.

This is the tea tree oil balm I use: https://lehsoap.com/products/tea-tree-balm

You can purchase tea tree oil balms from Amazon as well, but I switched over to this small business because they have the best price for a large size I’ve seen. Thanks!

I’m not finding this is sold any more. I really liked this cleanser. Anyone have recommendations for something similar? I’ve tried other milky cleansers before and while they’re nice, I feel like the Laneige one was in a league of its own in terms of how soft and milky it left me feeling. Thank you!

Hi all, I LOVE cream eyeshadows! I know you can buy singles or a tiny set of 2-3 cream eyeshadows but I really wish I had the option of a cream eyeshadow palette that’s organized just like a standard powder one. Want it to have some mattes, some shimmers. I’ve seen the cream palettes from Made by Mitchell but haven’t gone for it since they’re all matte and I don’t think I’d use all the colors. Anyone happen to know of any options? Thank you!

Hi all,
I’ve only been licensed to practice for 10 months or so. Have not been officially hired in capacity as an attorney which I feel bad about sometimes, but I work at the local county government’s office within the child support division. I complete pleadings and other applicable paperwork.

I’m looking to apply for a MA license— I’ve got a score high enough to satisfy their requirements. I’d love to work for the PDs office. Do you think I have a chance at getting employed in MA, given all my contacts are in MN?
