I’ve been debating having my nipples pierced for a while now but I’m concerned about the aftercare - mostly about them rubbing on my bra. Anyone who’s had them done, did you find they rubbed a lot and it was really painful or that it caused issues? Or was it fine? I want to go in to this with full knowledge about what I’m letting myself in for.

I keep getting recurrent thrush and it’s doing my head in at this point. In the last 6 months, I’ve had it caused by antibiotics, sex, a different soap near my genitals and it’s starting to get silly now. For anyone who’s dealt with this, did you find that probiotics helped? And if so, does anyone have any recommendations? I’m in the UK so anything I can buy here please!
