Battery Issues

I placed my phone on charge just after 2am and when I woke up at 8am it was only on 58%. I thought maybe I had knocked it off the wireless charger slightly and that was why. I then checked it was on correctly and started to get ready for my day. 1 hour later it was still on 58%. I checked if power saving was on and it wasn't. Came downstairs and tried another charger and I've managed to get it up to 69% in an hour but it's as though it's stuck and can't get beyond that.

Has anyone else experienced anything like this? Is the phone on the way out? I've only had it 25 months.

Picture 2 attached shows how it charged over night the previous night without issue.

For those of you who watched from the very beginning and waited week upon week for the next ep, I've always wondered if there were spoilers on the following scenarios and if not, how big of a deal was it when it happened?

I only started watching a year ago and now see so many potential spoilers like when we were panicking about Linc dying in the explosion and now wondering if Owen survives or if this is how they write him out but was it like this when the above scenarios originally aired or were you completely blindsided?
