Hey, I need someone who can touch up a picture of a coat of arms. I need it in 1:1 format, just increased contrast, fixed perspective, and improved outlines inside and outside.

It doesn't need to be perfect, the original isn't as well. But please keep the subtle goofIness of the figurines.

Budget is 20€ but idk if that's fair, if not tell me, idk how much time this would take.
