i got the two thumbs down back when my thumbs up was 20. haven't gotten one ever since. i'm a 98 but that's crazy i'm a uni student and fully competent, i have great communication and service. some people are just petty. i literally would've been a 100, haven't gotten a thumbs down since i was at 20 ratings. i was late for pickup because i was waiting for a freight train to pass by😂😂
