I live in Michigan and just got my first bike (MT-03) and insurance is costing me $70 for just the barebones? No coverage at all except for what's legally mandated by the state

I'm 30 years old with a single accident in my past (but zero damages and no injuries) and $70 for that seems kind of excessive

My insurance premiums will literally be more than the value of my bike in a couple of years

Edit: this was with Geico. I called Progressive and they were about the same price. I've taken the MSF already too. I'll try to visit an insurance agency in person to see if I can negotiate them down

Coffee pulls up a clip of Grant in an interview where he says that making money is easy. All he does is go to a bank, ask for 100k or something, and then magically turns that into a million dollars and then he goes back to the bank, asks for more money, and magically turns that into a gazillion dollars or some figure

And the podcast host he's interviewing acts like his mind was just blown
