Camel urine?

ٱلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ

I'm having a very hard time understanding this hadith:

The climate of Medina did not suit some people, so the Prophet (ﷺ) ordered them to follow his shepherd, i.e. his camels, and drink their milk and urine (as a medicine). So they followed the shepherd that is the camels and drank their milk and urine till their bodies became healthy. Then they killed the shepherd and drove away the camels. When the news reached the Prophet (ﷺ) he sent some people in their pursuit. When they were brought, he cut their hands and feet and their eyes were branded with heated pieces of iron.

- sahih al bukhari 5686

Why? Because the WHO (world health organisation) published a study where cancer patients took camel urine and milk as medicine but in conclusion it didn't heal them at all and 2 of the patients got harmed from it

as Muslims genuinely how are we supposed to reconcile this, all the other things I've heard in prophetic medicine I just shrugged it off but this is something thats bothering me because a literal study has been done proving it to have no benefit at all...

I'm not sure if this is even wahiy from Allah, in the wording here it seems as if the Prophet ﷺ ordered them to drink it, on the other hand in sahih Muslim 1671 A it says:

IF YOU SO LIKE, you MAY go to the camels of Sadaqa and drink their milk and urine. They did so and were all right. They then fell upon the shepherds and killed them and turned apostates from Islam and drove off the camels of the Prophet (ﷺ). This news reached Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) and he sent (people) on their track and they were (brought) and handed over to him. He (the Holy Prophet) got their hands cut off, and their feet, and put out their eyes, and threw them on the stony ground until they died.

which hadith is more authentic? I don't get it, perhaps theres a mistranslation? Another thing that adds onto my confusion is that sunnah.com labelled the narration in sahih al bukhari as prophetic medicine

ٱلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ

I ask this because I'm really confused

as a a revert I used to eat pork and literally nothing bad happened to me, nor any of my family members

why do some Muslims start spreading some pseudoscience about the harms of pork it annoys me because it makes us look like a bunch of fools

I was having a discussion with a brother and he told me some ulama explained the reason to why pork is haram is due to it being harmful for us, can someone clarify if thats true?

but from todays times scientific standpoint (might change idk) pigs aren't even considered filthy, apparently they are clean animals when theyre raised properly and scientifically speaking it isn't harmful to consume its meat so thats whats bothering me because if the reason to why pork was prohibited due to the belief that its harmful then what? I know its mentioned as impure in the Qur'an but what kind of impure is this, scientifically?

please don't sugarcoat, I need to understand this because these kinds of things genuinely affect my faith

really confused on this

disclaimer if you get triggered by things easily then for your own mental sake please don't read this post

Why should we kill or are permitted to kill house lizards? I'm really confused on this because in my personal experience every time I encountered one they seemed harmless and at the very most they may have made some annoying tapping noises at nighttime, my younger brother even used to play with them and touch them and somehow didn't get diseased from that

when I search online too everyone is saying that its a myth (Islam was not mentioned once in these responses btw so this isn't off some random ex Muslim subreddit post or websites) that theyre harmful to us and if anything they help control killing insects and theyre also just handling them as if its nothing (I found out they can carry salmonella but theres mixed answers on wether theyre a threat or not which is making me confused)

I don't get it, what could genuinely be the explanation to this, how do they even count as dangerous creatures when nowadays it SEEMS to be the opposite?

someone please help me understand, ive been trying to find an answer to this but can't

ٱلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ

does anyone know why house lizards are allowed to be killed in Islam? I thought that they would be harmless and people say that they aren't venomous so what would be the point? I'm just abit confused
