Recently my best friend has revlead she has been cutting herself and I really want to help her through his but I have no clue what to do. Does anyone know any specfic things I can do or say to help her through this.
19 M So im at uni rn and for a while me and my closest friend 19 F and have been spending lots of time together playing a sport. Naturally we do other stuff together like cook food and chat since we spend a few hours a day with each other. Over time I think ive started to develop for her which cannot happen, as it would ruin our friendship. No she does not like me back im 100% sure, I know this cause she is always talking to other guys and tbf im always talking to other girls. Anyways, I dont want these feelings to spiral, what can I do?
