Learning Haitian Creole

Bonjou tout moun. I always see quite a few post about others like me wanting to learn Haitian Creole so I was exited when I found this at my papas house. I never knew anything like this existed. It would definitely help those who needs to read and see pictures along with getting the pronunciations from Duolingo like me. I'm not sure where he got it unfortunately, but I've shared photos. Hopefully it can be found somewhere else.

Perhaps a more experienced Haitian kreyol speaker can check out the page I shared & let us know if this somewhat accurate.

My partner of 2 years asked me this morning to promise to him that I'll be his's forever.... I paused and said I can promise that I'm yours right now. His mood changed and he got upset. We later had a conversation again about it and I said I don't like making promises because I feel bad about them being broken. What if something happens and I don't want to be with you anymore then you'll have the power to throw it in my face that I made a promise & I don't like that . He said I'm focusing on the negative and I should think positively. Mind you, we were recently broken up for 2 days -my decision because of something he did. He said he'd make a change and I forgave him and he seems to be holding up his end of the bargain.

He also considers me his wife so I can understand the hurt of hearing me say that. I should say I would love to be with him forever hes a great guy but there are some things that I would like to change before I make a huge commitment like marrying him right now in this moment. I'm trying to find a way to say it better and explain it but I really don't have any other words.
