Despite already being a Padawan by the time the Jedi pawned her off onto Anakin to train Ashoka doesn't wear a Jedi Tunic or the accompanying robes unlike Anakin & Obi-wan and never does for the entirety of clone wars, was there ever a justified reason for this?

I've been trying to find out via youtube and other sources but the information is usually either out-dated or provenly false, I'm creating/using a female saiyan strike build and want to know what the best transformation to use would be.
