I write to you from the wasteland of Eugene/Lane County where apparently there isn't a single oral surgeon who has experience in partially dislocated jaws. I have called all who list that, but NONE of them are doing jaws any longer. It seems that is a very rare specialty. The dentists here suggest I find one in Portland. The Portland Dental Society has a list of oral surgeons but the very long list doesn't indicate whether each dentist does or does not work on partially dislocated jaws, leaving me no alternative but to phone each one on the list and ask. Most don't answer their phones and I can only leave a message. NONE SO FAR HAVE EVER CALLED ME BACK. I am in quite a bit of pain when I chew. Please Porlanders, please write and tell me the name of oral surgeons in your area who can examine and work on my partially dislocated jaw.

For many, many years I've had a D & B leather planner book. My new puppy consoled himself with it when I had to leave the house for an hour. I have been searching for 6 months for a vintage (without the notebook rings) one, any colors, measuring 9 1/2" by approx. 8 1/4" (one side of the front) across. Please let me know where I can get one. My on line searches have not discovered a single available one. Please, can someone help?
