I made someone’s copy cat recipe for the widely known Levain Bakery cookie …. I was not a fan… it seems to be way too cakey for me… anyone else try a copy cat version of this style cookie?

i feel like these are such an underrated cookie that deserves more love … each time i bake them i am full of regret for scarfing them down yet then always wonder why i don’t make them more
